Senior Engineer - Presales (ELV)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Presales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients. Focus will be on understanding customer requirements, designing ELV systems, and creating compelling proposals. He will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ELV systems, including but not limited to structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual solutions, and building automation.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design customized ELV solutions that meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines, Budget preparation / Procurement / Material inspection /technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, products, and trends in the ELV industry, and incorporate them into proposals and presentations to enhance competitiveness.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address any technical inquiries or concerns.
- Lead the bid management process, including bid/no-bid decisions, proposal coordination, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Engineering Works like Design schematic & Shop drawing coordination / MAS preparation / Specification compliance & Product Approvals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners to foster trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project execution phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in presales engineering roles within the ELV industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual solutions, and building automation.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful ELV solutions for diverse clients and projects.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements, standards, and regulations governing ELV systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Product certification in CommScope / PELCO / Avigilon / Milestone/ CEM / Hikvision / BOSCH PA.
- Advantage to have pre-sales experience in Fire Alarm / BMS/ UPS/ Central battery System.

Senior Engineer - Sales (Golf, Turf, Agriculture & Industrial Equipment)
We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Senior Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development across Oman. Will be responsible for managing and selling a mixed portfolio of products including golf carts, utility vehicles, turf care machinery, agricultural equipment, water filtration systems, and diesel generators. Should have a very good understanding of the local Oman market, along with existing relationships with golf courses, resorts, ministries, municipalities, and private contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth: Focus on increasing sales and market share for our main product lines:
- Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles: Multi-passenger golf carts and rugged utility vehicles for resorts, projects, and industrial sites.
- Golf & Turf Care Machinery: Ransomes Jacobsen precision mowers and golf course maintenance equipment.
- Agriculture & Landscaping Tools: Oleo-Mac outdoor power tools like chainsaws and brush cutters.
- Water Filtration: Pure Aqua and STF filtration systems for irrigation and industrial projects.
- Power Systems: Diesel Generator sets.
- Client Relations: Regularly meet and maintain excellent relations with Golf Course Superintendents, Resort Managers, Project Managers, Ministry officials, and private developers.
- Tenders & Quotations: Take care of end-to-end pricing proposals, technical submittals, and follow up closely for commercial negotiations for both government tenders and private orders.
- Team Work: Work closely with other members of our team to ensure customers get proper after-sales support, servicing, and timely maintenance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or any related technical degree.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in technical sales, with mandatory local experience working within Oman.
- Prior experience in selling golf carts, turf equipment, agricultural machinery, water treatment products, diesel generators will be a big advantage.
- A valid Oman driving license is a must as the job involves regular travel to various project sites and clients across the regions.
- Good command over English is necessary. Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong plus point for dealing with local clients.
Engineer - Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi ( Wellness Systems)
We are looking for an Engineer – Wellness Solutions to manage estimation, sales, and project execution for steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzis, and other wellness systems. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of MEP systems, plumbing, electrical controls, and water treatment, with the ability to support clients from enquiry through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimations, BOQs, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Identify business opportunities and provide technical sales support to clients and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals, Material Approval Submittals (MAS), and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wellness systems.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in estimation, sales, and execution of steam, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, or MEP/wellness projects.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

Senior Engineer - Projects (Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Equipment)
Responsible for reviewing, and coordinating MEP drawings for kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas. The role involves site visits, collaboration with MEP teams, reviewing supplier shop drawings (including custom fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms), and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additionally, the engineer will assist the Project Manager in cost control, budgeting, and resource management while handling project documentation for Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Inspection Requests (IR), and Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
Key Responsibilities:
MEP Design & Drawing Review:
- Review layout & MEP drawings or kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas to ensure functionality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP teams and contractors to integrate kitchen and laundry requirements into the overall project design.
- Ensure that all designs align with HACCP, NSF, and local health & safety standards.
Site Coordination & Execution:
- Conduct site visits to verify MEP works align with approved drawings and project timelines.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site-related challenges.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and final inspection of kitchen, laundry, and cold room equipment.
Shop Drawing & Supplier Coordination:
- Review and approve shop drawings from suppliers for **custom fabrication items, gratings, cold rooms, and other specialized equipment.
- Ensure supplier deliverables comply with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to manage material and equipment requirements.
Project Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare technical documentation required for MIR, IR, and T&C processes.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, and project progress
- Ensure all installations meet compliance and safety regulations.
Project Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Assist the Project Manager in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Manage project resources efficiently to avoid cost overruns.
- Identify potential project risks and propose solutions for cost-effective execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely submission of MEP drawings with minimal revisions.
- Effective site coordination and issue resolution with MEP teams and contractors.
- Accuracy in reviewing supplier shop drawings for fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms.
- Successful completion of MIR, IR, and T&C documentation without rework delays.
- Budget adherence and cost control efficiency in project execution.
- On-time completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5years of experience in Project execution for commercial kitchens, laundry, and cold rooms.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
- Experience in reviewing and approving shop drawings and fabrication details
- Familiarity with HACCP, NSF, and safety regulations
Soft Skills:

Projects and Operations Engineer - ELV systems
We are looking for an experienced Project & Operations Engineer with strong expertise in ELV systems and end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete ELV project lifecycle from execution to handover
- Installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phone, Intrusion Alarm, AV Systems, Gate Barriers, and more
- Configure network switches, IP addressing, and VLANs
- Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare project documentation, service reports, and PPM reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer requirements
- Handle service calls and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate effectively with customers for project and service closure
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline
- 7–9 years of experience in ELV project execution and operations
- Strong troubleshooting and team management skills
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project scope independently
- GCC/Oman Driving License will be an added advantage

This role involves reviewing project details, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Exposure in handling hotel projects, high end restaurants will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Troubleshoot Mitigate issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or changes promptly.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, close out documentations and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Proven track record of handling projects for 4-star/5-star hotels and hospitals, including high-value installations.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.
Skills:
- Good project planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Knowledge of hygiene and operational standards in hospitality environment.
- Technical understanding of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation and operation.
