Assistant Manager - Network & Security

Responsible for providing expert guidance and technical support to our sales team and prospective clients in the field of network infrastructure solutions. Your primary objective will be to understand client needs, architect appropriate solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges related to network infrastructure.
  • Assess current network environments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Design comprehensive and customized network solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the technical and business benefits of our solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Address technical inquiries and concerns from clients during the pre-sales process.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in network infrastructure technologies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT managers, CIOs, and other decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering strategic advice and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
  • Support post-sales activities by ensuring smooth transition and implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the IT industry, with a focus on network infrastructure and cyber security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.

Senior Engineer - Sales (LED lighting, EV charger, Central battery system, UPS system, Gate barrier, Data centers)

The Senior Engineer - Sales will be responsible for driving the sales of our LED lighting, EV charger, central battery system, UPS system, Gate barrier, data centers solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully selling innovative products in these domains.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LED lighting, home automation, and EV charger solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of LED lighting, home automation, and EV charger solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support to clients and address inquiries related to our products.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Market Analysis:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles within the LED lighting, home automation, and EV charger solutions.

Job Summary:


The Project Manager - Decarbonization & Sustainability is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. This role involves coordinating all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multidisciplinary engineering, project management, and the oil and gas industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Planning and Initiation:

  - Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  - Define project goals and align them with business objectives and client expectations.

  - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.


2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

  - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project across all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Commissioning) and functions (QHSE, SCM etc), ensuring adherence to the project plan.

  - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure project success.


3. Budget and Resource Management:

  - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient allocation of resources.

  - Identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

  - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.


4. Risk Management:

  - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

  - Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  - Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen issues.


5. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

  - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  - Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met or appropriately managed.


6. Quality Control and Assurance:

  - Ensure that all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  - Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, ISO, OSHA).

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.


Work Environment:

- The role requires a combination of office work and on-site project management.

- Onsite stay will be required.

Salary range per month: OMR 1,000 - OMR 1,500
