Senior Engineer - Projects (Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Equipment)

Responsible for reviewing, and coordinating MEP drawings for kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas. The role involves site visits, collaboration with MEP teams, reviewing supplier shop drawings (including custom fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms), and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additionally, the engineer will assist the Project Manager in cost control, budgeting, and resource management while handling project documentation for Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Inspection Requests (IR), and Testing & Commissioning (T&C). 

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Design & Drawing Review:

  • Review layout & MEP drawings or kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas to ensure functionality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams and contractors to integrate kitchen and laundry requirements into the overall project design.
  • Ensure that all designs align with HACCP, NSF, and local health & safety standards.

Site Coordination & Execution:

  • Conduct site visits to verify MEP works align with approved drawings and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site-related challenges.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and final inspection of kitchen, laundry, and cold room equipment.

Shop Drawing & Supplier Coordination:

  • Review and approve shop drawings from suppliers for **custom fabrication items, gratings, cold rooms, and other specialized equipment.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables comply with project specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors to manage material and equipment requirements.

Project Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare technical documentation required for MIR, IR, and T&C processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, and project progress
  • Ensure all installations meet compliance and safety regulations.

Project Cost Control & Budgeting:

  • Assist the Project Manager in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
  • Manage project resources efficiently to avoid cost overruns.
  • Identify potential project risks and propose solutions for cost-effective execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Timely submission of MEP drawings with minimal revisions.
  • Effective site coordination and issue resolution with MEP teams and contractors.
  • Accuracy in reviewing supplier shop drawings for fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms.
  • Successful completion of MIR, IR, and T&C documentation without rework delays.
  • Budget adherence and cost control efficiency in project execution.
  • On-time completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5years of experience in Project execution for commercial kitchens, laundry, and cold rooms.

Technical Skills: 

  •  Good knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
  •  Experience in reviewing and approving shop drawings and fabrication details
  •  Familiarity with HACCP, NSF, and safety regulations

Soft Skills:

  •  Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills with MEP teams and contractors.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.


Sales Engineer (Techno-Commercial) – ELV Systems

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with strong techno-commercial expertise in ELV systems to drive business growth and secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, industrial, and government sectors
  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
  • Review tenders, RFQs, specifications, BOQs, and drawings
  • Design ELV solutions and prepare techno-commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for compliance and pricing
  • Participate in tender submissions, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage customer relationships and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, AV, Intrusion Systems, and other ELV solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling techno-commercial proposals and project tenders
  • GCC/Oman Driving License is mandatory

Projects and Operations Engineer - ELV systems

We are looking for an experienced Project & Operations Engineer with strong expertise in ELV systems and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete ELV project lifecycle from execution to handover
  • Installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phone, Intrusion Alarm, AV Systems, Gate Barriers, and more
  • Configure network switches, IP addressing, and VLANs

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Proven track record of handling projects for 4-star/5-star hotels and hospitals, including high-value installations.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.

Skills:

  • Good project planning and organizational skills.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and operational standards in hospitality environment.
  • Technical understanding of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation and operation.
