Electrical Draftsman - BMS & LIfe-safety systems

We are looking for an experienced Electrical CAD Draftsman to prepare accurate and coordinated electrical, BMS and life-safety drawings for airport and critical-infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical and BMS layouts, schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, cable routes, containment and equipment-room layouts.
• Develop coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, BMS, fire alarm, PAVA/PAEWS.
• Coordinate drawings with engineering, site and MEP teams and incorporate consultant/client comments.
• Conduct site verification and update red-line mark-ups and final handover documentation.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control and document quality in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical CAD Draftsman, preferably with airport, aviation, industrial or critical-infrastructure projects.
• Strong AutoCAD 2D skills; Revit MEP/Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.
• Good understanding of electrical/BMS systems, drafting standards and coordinated MEP drawings.
• GCC and Oman project experience is preferred.

Senior Engineer - Sales /Projects (SCADA & PLC)

Role summary

The engineer will support SCADA and PLC business development and deliver automation projects from proposal through commissioning and handover. The role includes client engagement, solution design, estimation, technical submittals, project coordination, and site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and identify new opportunities.
• Review specifications, drawings, and BOQs; prepare proposals, compliance statements, estimates, and commercial offers.
• Design PLC and SCADA architectures covering controllers, remote I/O, networks, servers, HMIs, and third-party interfaces.
• Prepare I/O lists, system descriptions, network diagrams, control philosophies, and sequences of operation.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, panel fabrication, installation, integration, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover.
• Work with electrical, BMS, PMS, and other package teams to resolve interface and site issues.
• Track project costs, schedules, variations, and technical risks.
• Support PLC programming, SCADA configuration, troubleshooting, and client training.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant PLC/SCADA experience, with strength in sales/presales or project execution/commissioning.
• Experience with Siemens SIMATIC PLCs, TIA Portal, SCADA/HMI platforms, and industrial communication networks.
• Knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, OPC UA, and third-party system integration.
• Ability to read electrical single-line diagrams, control schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Oman or GCC project experience is preferred.

Assistant Manager - Projects - ELV Systems

We are looking for an experienced ELV professional with 10+ years of experience, preferably with Oman/GCC exposure. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong expertise in Project Management, ELV Execution, Client Coordination, Team Management, and Commercial & Project Control.

The candidate should have proven experience in:

• Independently managing ELV projects from award to handover.
• Leading project engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

Senior Engineer - Projects (Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Equipment)

Responsible for reviewing, and coordinating MEP drawings for kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas. The role involves site visits, collaboration with MEP teams, reviewing supplier shop drawings (including custom fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms), and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additionally, the engineer will assist the Project Manager in cost control, budgeting, and resource management while handling project documentation for Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Inspection Requests (IR), and Testing & Commissioning (T&C). 

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Design & Drawing Review:

• Review layout & MEP drawings or kitchen, laundry, and cold room areas to ensure functionality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and contractors to integrate kitchen and laundry requirements into the overall project design.
• Ensure that all designs align with HACCP, NSF, and local health & safety standards.

Site Coordination & Execution:

• Conduct site visits to verify MEP works align with approved drawings and project timelines.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site-related challenges.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and final inspection of kitchen, laundry, and cold room equipment.

Shop Drawing & Supplier Coordination:

• Review and approve shop drawings from suppliers for **custom fabrication items, gratings, cold rooms, and other specialized equipment.
• Ensure supplier deliverables comply with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to manage material and equipment requirements.

Project Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare technical documentation required for MIR, IR, and T&C processes.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, and project progress
• Ensure all installations meet compliance and safety regulations.

Project Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Assist the Project Manager in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
• Manage project resources efficiently to avoid cost overruns.
• Identify potential project risks and propose solutions for cost-effective execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

• Timely submission of MEP drawings with minimal revisions.
• Effective site coordination and issue resolution with MEP teams and contractors.
• Accuracy in reviewing supplier shop drawings for fabrication, gratings, and cold rooms.
• Successful completion of MIR, IR, and T&C documentation without rework delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5years of experience in Project execution for commercial kitchens, laundry, and cold rooms.

Technical Skills: 

•  Good knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
•  Experience in reviewing and approving shop drawings and fabrication details
•  Familiarity with HACCP, NSF, and safety regulations

Engineer - Projects ( Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial kitchen, walk-in coldrooms and laundry equipment projects. This role involves reviewing project details, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Exposure in handling hotel projects, high end restaurants will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Troubleshoot Mitigate issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or changes promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, close out documentations and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Proven track record of handling projects for 4-star/5-star hotels and hospitals, including high-value installations.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.

Skills:

• Good project planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene and operational standards in hospitality environment.
• Technical understanding of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation and operation.
